UK updates Amrita clinic TB test fees in India guidance

If you plan to take a tuberculosis (TB) test for a UK visa at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in India, check the fees before you book. UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) has updated them.
The change log entry dated 1 November 2026 says: "Updated test fees for Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre." The page does not say what the old or new fees are, or whether they went up or down.
You need a TB test if you are coming to the UK for 6 months or more and certain conditions apply to you. The India page sets out those conditions. The clinic details and fees are in a separate document, "Tuberculosis testing in India". Check that document, or ask the clinic, for the current cost and booking steps.
