UKVI publishes new form for accompanying eVisa decisions
25 Jun 2026
UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) has published a new form on GOV.UK, dated 24 June 2026. The form is described as a "form used by UK Visas and Immigration for accompanying an eVisa."
This is an administrative form used by UKVI when issuing eVisa documentation. It is not a form that applicants fill in. UKVI uses it as part of the process of sending out eVisa decisions.
eVisas apply to people on all UK immigration routes, including BNO, Skilled Worker, Health and Care Worker, Scale-up Worker, UK Ancestry, and Family visas. Your eVisa is a digital record of your permission to live, work, or study in the UK. If you need to check or share your immigration status, sign in to your UKVI account on GOV.UK.
