UKVI removes online change of circumstances form

If you hold a UK work visa and need to report a change in your circumstances, you can no longer do this online. On 10 June 2026, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) updated its guidance to say: "Link to online form removed. You must use the paper form."
The MCC form is used to notify UKVI of changes that may affect your visa record. This includes changes to your personal details, contact information, criminal convictions, representative details, and dependant information. Reporting relevant changes on time is a condition of most work visas.
To submit the form, download the PDF version from the GOV.UK publication page and return it to UKVI by post. The form is 7 pages. If you use assistive technology and cannot access the PDF, you can request an alternative format by emailing [email protected].
If you were planning to use the online route to report a change, note that option is no longer available. Use the paper form instead.
