UKVI updates TB test fee information for Immimed in Colombia

If you need a tuberculosis (TB) test for a UK visa and plan to use the Immimed clinic in Bogota, Colombia, check the fees before you book. GOV.UK's list of approved Colombia TB test clinics was updated on 19 October 2026. The change history reads "Updated fee information for the clinic in Immimed."
The change note does not say whether fees went up, down or stayed the same. The clinic page lists amounts in Colombian pesos (COP), including 370,000 COP and a separate 120,000 COP x-ray fee. It also says sputum smears and cultures are free for all clients with a chest x-ray suggestive of tuberculosis, and cost 250,000 COP in other cases. The fee depends on the applicant's age, so read the entry for your age group on the live page.
The page says you need a TB test "if you're coming to the UK for more than 6 months" and meet further conditions. Check the page to see if the rules apply to you. Always confirm the current fees on GOV.UK before you pay.
