UKVI updates visa fee and unit cost transparency table

22 Oct 2026

If you are planning a UK visa or settlement application, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) has updated its visa fees transparency page. GOV.UK shows the page as last updated on 20 October 2026. The latest change entry reads "Fees and unit cost table updated with figures effective 8 Oct 2026."

The page describes itself as "Visa fees transparency data for all applications made from outside and within the UK." It also says "This document lists immigration and nationality fees, and unit costs for all application categories." So it covers both applications made in the UK and applications made from abroad.

This is a data update on the page. The page entry does not say that any fee has changed. It does not say which application types are affected, so we cannot tell you whether your fee is different.

If you are budgeting for an application, open the GOV.UK page and check the table dated 8 October 2026 for your application type. Always confirm the fee on the official application page before you pay.
