If you're on a Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa, or hoping to get one, the register of licensed sponsors has been updated again. GOV.UK shows it as last updated on 7 October 2026, with the note "Register updated." This is a later refresh than the 6 October update.
The page describes the register as a "List of organisations licensed to sponsor workers on the Worker and Temporary Worker immigration routes." The change note does not say which employers were added or removed.
Your visa depends on your employer holding a valid sponsor licence. So it's worth checking the register if you're thinking about a job offer or a change of employer. Open the GOV.UK page, use the latest version of the register and look up the employer's name.
