Worker sponsor register updated on 8 October 2026

If you're on a Skilled Worker visa, or hoping to get one, the register of licensed sponsors has been updated again. GOV.UK shows it as last updated on 8 October 2026, with the note "Updated register of licensed sponsors." This is a later refresh than the 7 October update.
The register "lists Worker and Temporary Worker sponsors" and "includes information about the category of workers they're licensed to sponsor and their sponsorship rating." The change note does not say which employers were added or removed.
Your visa depends on your employer holding a valid sponsor licence. So check the register before you rely on a job offer or change employer. Open the GOV.UK page, use the latest version of the register and look up the employer's name.
